Pack Planner is a free trip-planning app made by Beechwold Trail, a small one-person project. This page explains, in plain language, what the app stores about you and who can see it.

The short version

What we store

Trip destinations and dates can reveal where you'll be and when, so treat them like any other personal information. Only you can see them.

Who can see your data

Services that help run the app

When you use some features, your browser contacts these public services directly. Like any website, they can see your internet (IP) address:

Cookies and storage on your device

The app keeps your sign-in session and a few display preferences (like which sections you've folded) in your browser's storage, and remembers recent weather results so pages load faster. So that you can view your trips with no signal, it also keeps a copy of your data and of the app itself on your device. Signing out or deleting your account removes the data copy. It doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices

Children

Pack Planner isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app.
